Below you will find an overview of our prices and rental conditions at which you can rent the respective vacation apartment:

General rental conditions:

Final cleaning flat rate: 40,- € (Metropolis + City Living) / 60,- € (De-Luxe)
One-time deposit : 150,- €
Bed linen flat rate: 10,- €
Intermediate cleaning on request against surcharge after consultation possible.

Binding RESERVATION by signing the rental contract.
Binding BOOKING by making the down payment of 20% of the total price.
The remaining payment should be made 14 days before departure by bank transfer, but no later than upon arrival on site in cash.

Card payment, payment by credit card and PayPal payment are (currently) not yet possible.

The rental price includes:

Hand towel and shower towel,
Use of the communal washing machine in the laundry room,
W-LAN on request,
brought and borrowed bicycles can be safely parked in the basement.

Additional towels for extra charge on request.
Non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
All apartments are suitable for seniors, but not barrier-free (not suitable for wheelchairs).
Unfortunately, the apartments are not suitable for children or for the accommodation of mechanics.
